The main housing of Panel lighting TV topper is produced with one-piece ABS injection molding, which guarantees consistent structural strength and appearance across large batches. Its lighting system uses a custom LED strip paired with a precision light guide plate, to deliver perfectly even, soft glow without harsh bright spots. The front panel can be finished with acrylic UV printing, or multi-layer screen printing on PET sheet to present sharp, long-lasting brand graphics. A pre-installed mounting bracket and residue-free removable adhesive are fixed on the back or bottom, making it easily compatible with different TV models for quick, non-damaging installation.
Channel lighting TV topper
The main housing of these Channel lighting TV topper also adopts integrated ABS injection molding, and can be finished with matte black spray coating to create a low-profile, premium look that perfectly matches high-end TV display styles. The light source is a custom PCB circuit board precisely shaped to the full outline of every single letter, ensuring every stroke glows uniformly with no dark gaps or uneven brightness. The front panel is made of high-transmittance acrylic, and the mounting steps at the bottom are pre-applied with removable adhesive, for stable attachment and easy repositioning on different display devices.
During the early mass production stage, the slender, extended shape of panel illuminated signs caused frequent housing warping issues in the cooling process, a stubborn technical pain point that widely troubles similar products in the signage industry. After multiple rounds of joint debugging on raw material formulation, mold structure design and injection molding process parameters, we completely solved this long-standing problem. All final delivered products have passed the full-batch strict acceptance inspection from brand clients, with perfect surface flatness and consistent, premium glowing performance.
